Task 5: ~~~~~Let's eat Healthy Food~~~~~~~




You are what you eat, truth. When you eat unhealthy food like fast food – hamburger, pizza, hot dog and ice cream etc. you will fat sure because they are a lot of cholesterol and the diseases are easy coming to you. If you want to have a good shape you must eat healthy food such as a lot of fruits and vegetables. I would like to recommend some menu for you that I like to eat with my friends in the dormitory, seafood salad. Seafood salad is healthy food for us because it is a lot of vegetable and protein. Salad is a food for diet. If I want to get low weigh I can eat a lot of salad. Sometimes we like to eat Nam Prik with vegetables boiled. They are native food at E-san, my home town. It is a good meal for diet too and another menu from fish. Fish are much of Omega3 that are crucial for the proper development of the human brain but for me some fish make me has a bad smell. I don’t like some fish from fresh water but I like marine fish. Now a day many diseases are easy to come to you like cancer. The good and easy protection for you is food that you eat in every day and exercise. If you do it every day you will have a perfect body sure. I know you know how you get a good life with a good health and I hope you do it every day and many diseases don’t come to you. I trust it.

I think the people know a good and bad thing but they like the fast food because it's comfortable and fashion in thier group. I like chili paste with boiled vegetable. It's a good for health. I know the fish has omega3. Sometime we should avoid charred fish because it's cause of cancer.

In my opinion, everybody knows what's good or what's bad but they choose the bad thing for their body such as pizza, hamburger and hot dog. If eat it a lot, it can make you have overweigth too. Fresh vegetables and fish are good for the body. Take care yourself.

Thanks for your suggestion to be healthy. Today there are many kind of food that high nutrient. So we should know how to choose. I think everyone know it's good or bad but sometime even they know it's not good, they still eat it. I don't know...why?

I love Nam-Prik and vegetables boiled too. It’s good for our health like old people at my village. They always have vegetable in their meal while children don’t like it. They go to see doctor rarely while children always go to hospital.

Vegetable is good for us. Let try to eat it everyday if we can. Don't have to eat in a lot but usually.
